Shifting to SaaS - Powering rental operations across Europe
Research, Wireframing & Prototyping, UI Design, Website Building
The goal
Following five years of growth, we evolved the bespoke Library of Things rental software into a B2B SaaS product, to inspire more rental operations and grow the sharing movement. I lead the launch of a separate digital home for the Library of Things platform.
The approach
Collaborating with key stakeholders in the licensing team, we considered the intended markets for this offer, and after creating some user journeys and low-fidelity wireframes it felt clear that we needed to prioritise flexibility and autnoomy to rapidly test messaging and our proposition without relying on development time.
I utilised a modular website-builder to achieve this. Enabling the team to successfully test and iterate the landing page for different markets.

The outcome
Since launching, over 400 enquires of interest have been made through the webpage, with Library of Things now powering rental operations across Britain (Wales, Sheffield, Dublin) and Europe (Barcelona, Amersfoort and Amsterdam).
The B2B site continues to be refined, using a website builder has given other team members access and autonomy to make changes and gather real feedback without the need for development.
Additionally a Case Study page was created for the platform to celebrate impact of our first sharing city; London. Check it out
